Verus SMSF Actuaries is an actuarial firm committed to serving the SMSF market. We provide actuarial services to a range of SMSF stakeholders, including accountants, financial planners, SMSF administrators and SMSF trustees. Verus SMSF Actuaries is owned and operated by actuaries, and is fully independent of any other party providing services to the SMSF market.

Principal Actuaries
Geoff Morley, BCom, BSc, FIAA
Geoff has been working in the superannuation industry for more than 20 years, and has a detailed knowledge of actuarial issues, superannuation legislation and the SMSF industry. He leads our actuarial team at Verus with his depth of knowledge and experience in the SMSF sector. Prior to establishing Verus SMSF Actuaries, Geoff was senior actuary and director of another SMSF actuarial service provider, and has advised a significant proportion of SMSFs Australia wide. Geoff regularly presents on SMSF topics, is very approachable and enjoys helping solve clients’ problems.
Alfred Au, B.Com, LL.B. (Hons), FIAA
Alfred has been providing advice on superannuation and retirement issues for more than 10 years. Before starting Verus SMSF Actuaries, Alfred was senior actuary of another actuarial firm, managing their advisory division. Alfred is completely client focussed, and firmly believes in a dedicated and tailored client servicing philosophy. Underlying a robust professional profile is his strong technical aptitude. In addition to his actuarial expertise, he regularly draws upon his familiarity with both the legal environment and modern technology in developing exciting new ways to service the needs of our clients.
