Actuarial Certificates for SMSFs

Verus prepares actuarial certificates for SMSFs with account based pensions using our Online Request Form.

Our actuarial certificates provide the tax exempt percentage you need for Funds that are partly in pension phase and partly in accumulation phase. Obtaining the tax exempt percentage from Verus actuarial certificates means part of the investment income of your Fund can be tax exempt without having to segregate the pension assets.

For actuarial certificates for SMSFs with account based pensions we charge $100 plus GST for requests made via our integrations with BGL 360, Class Super and SuperMate, and $110 plus GST for other requests.

We also provide actuarial certificates for Funds with defined benefit pensions via our downloadable DBP Request Form. For Funds with defined benefit pensions our actuarial certificates provide the annual adequacy opinion for the high probability test as well as the tax exempt percentage needed for your Fund’s tax return.

For actuarial certificates for SMSFs with defined benefit pensions, we charge $300 plus GST.

SMSF Calculators
